These terms govern any cashback offers or promotions made available by Hiness Wellness LLP through our website or authorised partner platforms.

Eligibility

• Cashback offers are available to registered customers with a verified account only.
• The cashback is applicable on selected products as specified in the individual offer.
• Customers must complete the qualifying purchase during the promotional period.
• Cashback cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.

How Cashback Works

After a qualifying order is delivered and the return window has closed (7 days from delivery), the cashback amount will be credited to your registered account or payment method within 10–15 business days.

Exclusions

• Cashback is not applicable on orders that are returned, cancelled, or refunded.
• Cashback offers do not apply to shipping charges.
• Hiness Wellness LLP reserves the right to withdraw or modify any cashback offer at any time without prior notice.

Disputes

If you believe your cashback has not been correctly credited, please contact us within 30 days of the qualifying purchase at support@hinesswellness.com.
