Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product has not been opened or tampered with
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
