What kind of products does Hiness Wellness offer?
We create premium skin care, hair care and body care crafted with clean, nature-first formulations and botanical ingredients — designed to be gentle, effective and part of an everyday self-care ritual.
Are your products suitable for all skin and hair types?
Our formulations are designed to work for a wide range of skin and hair types. If you have very sensitive skin, allergies or a specific skin condition, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on the product page and consulting a dermatologist if you're unsure.
Should I do a patch test before using a new product?
Yes — especially for sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction before applying more widely.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal the packaging after each use to preserve freshness and potency.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll be able to see your order status in your account once it's placed.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost, if any, is shown clearly in the order summary at checkout before you pay — so there are never any surprises.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and head to My Account → Orders to view the status of your current and past orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay — including credit & debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
At the moment we accept secure online payments only. This helps us process and dispatch every order quickly and reliably.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All payments are handled by Razorpay's encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Your card details are never seen or stored on our servers.
Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
How do I use a discount coupon?
Enter your code in the "Have a coupon?" box on the cart or checkout page and tap Apply. If the code is valid, the discount is reflected in your order total right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Most unused items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products can't be returned. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what should I do?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us right away with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse the store and add items to your cart as a guest, but you'll need to sign in — or create a free account — to complete checkout so we can save your order and keep you updated.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new one.
